Michele is a Physician Assistant with Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Michele has lived in Wichita Falls for 15 years, all of which she has worked directly with Dr. Joshua Schacter.  She is currently finishing her year-long training in the specialty of Functional Medicine, which will make her the only certified functional medicine provider in all of Texoma.  She is also finishing her certified musculoskeletal ultrasound certification.
As a functional medicine provider, Michele’s passion for total wellness is helping to bring her patients to the peak of wellness utilizing the latest technology and research to get a deeper understanding of the root causes of joint pain.

Michele grew up in a small town south of Fort Worth and attended The University of Texas in Austin. She obtained her MPAS from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She earned her MBA from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  Michele is happily married to Robert, they share a son, daughter-in-law and a very energetic 2-year-old grandson.  They love to travel the world, learning new cultures, and hiking as much as possible.

Michele has a long-time love of sports and enjoys working with athletes of all ages to help them stay healthy and work to maximize their performance through evidence-based medicine and leading medical technology. As an Advanced Certified Team Provider with the American College of Sports Medicine, Michele has spent endless hours on the sideline of local sports teams helping to keep our athletes healthy.
